RETRO HOLD'EM
Delete Account
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This page explains how Retro Hold'em players can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion in either of these ways:
- Open Retro Hold'em, go to Profile, open Settings, and use the account deletion option if available.
- Email us at gasperp.potocnikp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
What to Include
If you email us, include your Retro Hold'em username or nickname and the email address linked to your account. We may ask for additional confirmation to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Data Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize:
- Your account profile, including email, username, and nickname.
- Your gameplay profile, balance, inventory, equipped cosmetics, rewards, and daily progress.
- Your friends, invites, notifications, and push notification token.
- Gameplay records that are directly linked to your account, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or abuse-prevention purposes. This may include purchase validation records, security logs, anti-abuse logs, and records required to prevent repeated misuse.
Retention Period
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup, security, payment, or fraud-prevention records may be retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve fraud, abuse, payment, or security issues.
Partial Data Deletion
At this time, Retro Hold'em primarily supports deletion of the account and associated personal data. If you want to request deletion of specific data without deleting your account, contact us and describe your request.
